Milk has a range from extreme mood improves, removes stress and strengthens memory. Is this the result of a German study at the University of Trier, who has analyzed the impact of the elements found in milk, for three weeks based on 46 people.

Results showed a good improvement of memory and humor, to those who regularly drank milk. Also for those people who do not drink milk but were forced to drink during the weeks of the study, appeared more relaxed and less affected by stress.
Regarding Juliane Hellhammer sclerosis, leading the study suggests increasing milk consumption over the years. Therefore advised everyone to consume a minimum every day at least a glass of milk.
